Job Description:

Manages all aspects of the Diamond Club program, a leadership development program to encourage, educate, and empower Diamond Club and Silver Club participants in the North America/Canada Market.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Process applications and facilitate sponsorship acceptance
  • Coordinate Diamond Club Training & Mandatory Calls
  • Coordinate with IT participant Promo Codes for the season
  • Coordinate Diamond Club Award Events (Leadership, Sourcing Trip, Convention)
    • Manage prize inventory/distribution
  • Manage weekly communication with Wellness Advocates Participants
    • Phone & email encouragement, clarification, strategy, and support.
    • Notes in Diamond Club accounts
    • Promo Code Issues
    • Host weekly Diamond Club conference calls 
    • Send weekly update email and conference call notes
    • Facebook interaction (Diamond Club Facebook page)
  • Conduct training webinars
  • Distribute promo codes
  • Review enrollment requirement exceptions
  • Collaborate with IT to award monthly LRP points (new enrollees)
  • One-on-one meetings/Goal Calls with Wellness Advocates to discuss problems, concerns, and offer suggestions on how to improve their performance.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve the program procedures, processes, training, recognition, and prizes 
  • Coordination with IT to ensure that enrollment and reporting are working properly.
  • Perform other task given by Manager
  • Diamond Club enrollment auditing.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Associates degree, certificate program, or other significant work experience accepted.
  • French and English fluency required
  • Relevant computer knowledge and experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media).
  • Experience with Datatrax and CRM
  • Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Needs to have a flexible schedule a few days a month when time-sensitive deadlines are approaching (reimbursements and end of the month).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to connect/relate to people
  • Able to work in fast pace and highly demanding environment
