Job Description:        

Communicates with Wellness Advocates and assists them to understand and, be compliant with, the doTERRA Policy Manual.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate Wellness Advocates about doTERRA policies and procedures.
  • Assist Wellness Advocates to comply with the doTERRA’s policies and procedures.
  • Assist to protect doTERRA trademark rights and URLs
  • Communicate personally, telephonically, and in correspondence with  Wellness Advocates
  • Reports to Compliance Manager

Job Qualifications:

  • 2 months experience in Member Services  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and judgment are required.
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of doTERRA policies preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel required.
  • Proficiency in DataTrax preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
