Job Description:

This position will assist with month-end close processes, complete account reconciliations, and create accounting reports for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Intercompany reconciliations - tying out receivable and payable accounts with subsidiary and other related entities

  • Intercompany billings - there are a number of shared costs throughout the organization, and these costs are allocated on a monthly basis through a billing process

  • Perform bank reconciliations

  • Account analysis and re-class - review expense accounts and check for correct information of P.O’s and invoices

  • Balance sheet reconciliations

  • Assist with audit requests as needed

  • Perform financial statement analysis

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting

  • Understanding of general ledger accounting

  • Strong Excel skills, ability to use Microsoft Office programs and learn new software

  • Experience with SAP preferred

  • Ability to solve problems effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
