Job Description:
This position will assist with month-end close processes, complete account reconciliations, and create accounting reports for the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Intercompany reconciliations - tying out receivable and payable accounts with subsidiary and other related entities
Intercompany billings - there are a number of shared costs throughout the organization, and these costs are allocated on a monthly basis through a billing process
Perform bank reconciliations
Account analysis and re-class - review expense accounts and check for correct information of P.O’s and invoices
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with audit requests as needed
Perform financial statement analysis
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Understanding of general ledger accounting
Strong Excel skills, ability to use Microsoft Office programs and learn new software
Experience with SAP preferred
Ability to solve problems effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
