Duties: Manage and bolster written and oral communication and interaction between doTERRA and English and Japanese speaking consumers and entrepreneurs by, among other things, analyzing their behaviors and tendencies through SEO, PPC, or other quantitative tools. Manage the doTERRA NFR website in both English and Japanese and the doTERRA mobile app to improve the entrepreneurs' experience, specific, but not limited to, entrepreneurial order processes, enrollment methods, product ordering, and communications with entrepreneurs and consumers. Provide professional written translations of English and Japanese websites and newsletters in both Japanese and English. Propose and support potential new products, programs, and other business opportunities for consumers and entrepreneurs in the Japanese-speaking consumer market by evaluating mainstream trends in that market. Oversee the Japanese NFR social media account by utilizing digital marketing tools in both Japanese and English in written and oral form to expand corporate reach in the Japanese-speaking consumer market, specifically targeting natural health consumers and business entrepreneurs. Support doTERRA's global events, including but not limited to Japanese and English conventions, leadership retreats, and product launches (through oral and written consecutive translation) to ensure cultural needs and expectations are met for the benefit of both Japanese and English speaking doTERRA's consumers and business holders.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship, international business, or related degree. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Demonstrable ability to identify and evaluate mainstream trends in the consumer and business realm for foreign market environments to create new business opportunities and innovative solutions. Demonstrable ability to develop and improve e-business strategy and digital marketing using SEO, PPC, and quantitative tools. Demonstrable knowledge in targeting specific behaviors of consumers and entrepreneurs. Demonstrable ability through Digital Marketing to create websites, webpages, and promotional digital materials and social media posts to improve the user experience of our international customers. Demonstrable ability to oversee projects to ensure successful launches and transitions of new products and programs in an international consumer market to create marketing and communications strategies in the foreign market environment. Must be able to demonstrate written and oral fluency in Japanese and English in order to perform the duties listed above.
