Job Description:

Assist with all aspects of the Diamond Club and Silver Club programs (leadership development programs) to encourage, educate, and empower Diamond Club and Silver Club participants in the US and Canada Markets. This position will be primarily working with our Canadian participants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating Diamond Club and Silver Club website content/functionality
  • Process applications and facilitate sponsorship acceptance
  • Assist in coordinating Diamond Club and Silver Club Training & Mandatory Calls
  • Manage communication with Participants, Mentors & Sponsors, Region Sales Partners
    • Phone & email encouragement, clarification, strategy, and support.
    • Promo Code Issues
    • Host Diamond Club and Silver Club conference calls
    • Send update emails and conference call notes
    • Facebook interaction (Diamond Club and Silver Club Facebook page)
    • Participation of Round Table Talks
  • Conduct training webinars
  • Participate in Winners Call
  • Assist in distributing promo codes
  • Review enrollment requirement exceptions
  • One-on-one meetings/Goal Calls with Wellness Advocates to discuss problems, concerns and offer suggestions on improving their performance.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve the program procedures, processes, training, recognition, and prizes
  • Diamond Club and Silver Club enrollment auditing.
  • Perform other tasks given by the Manager

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates degree, certificate program, or other significant work experience accepted.
  • French fluency required
  • English fluency required
  • Relevant computer knowledge and experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media).
  • Experience with Datatrax, CRM, Salesforce
  • Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Needs to have a flexible schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to connect/relate to people
  • Able to work in a fast pace and highly demanding environment

This is a full-time office position.
