Job Description:
Produce Podcast & Training Materials for the Empowered Success business training projects in the US market and coordinate global implementation and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage process for weekly business podcast episodes Spearhead business marketing and email campaigns
Manage logistics to produce business training across multiple platforms, including Teachable courses, audiobooks, ebooks, etc.
Coordinate video production, including scheduling film times with Wellness Advocates and overseeing the project through editing process to deliver on-time results
Collaborate with web team to update Empowered Success website Help plan and execute business training at events such as Convention and Leadership; educate Wellness Advocates on the benefits of Empowered Success
Analyze and track US stats monthly to gauge success
Gather field metrics via bi-annual surveys to measure success, determine current needs, gather feedback, and guide upcoming business training initiatives
Coordinate International implementation of Empowered Success program across 30 + markets
Collaborate with markets through localization process
Share global monthly website statistics with all international markets in monthly newsletter
Perform other job duties as directed
Job Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Superior organizational skills; detail-oriented
Responsible self-starter with proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work well within a Corporate team and with top-level Wellness Advocate leaders
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable working with technology, including Excel spreadsheets, Proof HQ, webinar platforms, Teachable, etc.
