Job Description:

As a Quality Project Manager at doTERRA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance, effectiveness, safety doTERRA’s quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help implement cross-functional project management

  • Identify and implement a quality project management system

  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement throughout quality management systems and processes.

  • Lead and manage quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Proactively manage critical path milestones and ensure they are completed within the specified timeframe

  • Work with cross-functional groups to ensure departments are communicated with and kept on task

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project quality requirements and develop comprehensive quality plans.

  • Train team members on project management software, principles and tools

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure project quality progress

  • Generate dashboards to provide project quality status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize quality-related risks.

  • Develop a method to show available resources and establish capacities to maintain a suitable workload

  • Build, maintain and manage strong relationships with various departments throughout doTERRA

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Experienced in managing cross-functional projects

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing priorities

  • Capacity to take charge and follow through

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills

  • 4 + years’ experience in Project Management

  • PMP or other relevant certifications required

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

  • Understanding of quality standards, regulations, and best practices in Food/Supplement and Cosmetics industries.
