Job Title:        Job Responsibilities:

• Assists with strategy and execution of International Recognition for the company

• Trains, supports, and unifies International Recognition Specialists in all doTERRA markets

• Assisting with administration of incentive and leadership programs

• Monthly updating of consultants’ rank advancements online and in leadership magazines

• Help to coordinate and execute event recognition

• Management of monthly rank advancement mailings, distribution of recognition materials, and managing recognition award inventories

• Communicates with leaders, vendors, and employees both locally and internationally

• Assists with the management of the Free to Give Program

• Assists in acquiring and mailing gifts, promotional materials, and notifications for special events, holidays, and incentives

• Assists with overseeing and managing incentive requirements and websites for incentive trips

Job Requirements:

• Competent using Excel - comfortable working with and using spreadsheets to organize and track information.

• Experience writing and editing human interest-type stories as well as professional communications.

• Must be able to collaborate well with others and enjoy working with a team as well as working independently.

• Proactively solves problems and able to prioritize projects and tasks.

• Must be eager to learn and hard working.

• Experience with direct sales a plus, but not required.
