Job Title: Job Responsibilities:
Assists with strategy and execution of International Recognition for the company
Trains, supports, and unifies International Recognition Specialists in all doTERRA markets
Assisting with administration of incentive and leadership programs
Monthly updating of consultants’ rank advancements online and in leadership magazines
Help to coordinate and execute event recognition
Management of monthly rank advancement mailings, distribution of recognition materials, and managing recognition award inventories
Communicates with leaders, vendors, and employees both locally and internationally
Assists with the management of the Free to Give Program
Assists in acquiring and mailing gifts, promotional materials, and notifications for special events, holidays, and incentives
Assists with overseeing and managing incentive requirements and websites for incentive trips
Competent using Excel - comfortable working with and using spreadsheets to organize and track information.
Experience writing and editing human interest-type stories as well as professional communications.
Must be able to collaborate well with others and enjoy working with a team as well as working independently.
Proactively solves problems and able to prioritize projects and tasks.
Must be eager to learn and hard working.
Experience with direct sales a plus, but not required.
