Sales Coordinator, Korea

Job Description:

Support the Korean market by managing promotion reports, commission exception requests, and price lists. Assists our Members across Korea in processing placement requests, educates employees and the field on all things placements, works with other departments to meet members’ needs, manages the exceptions process, assigns orphans, and assists in compliance matters. Process Placements emails and ensure the appropriate and consistent application of doTERRA placement policy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with Wellness Advocates that encourage and motivate

• Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement

• Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of doTERRA’s compensation plan

• Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan

• Handle exception requests and represent those requests when needed

• Strategize with consultants and help them be more effective

• Set up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory letters

• Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to establish professional relationships and partner with Wellness Advocates

• Fluent in Korean

• Outgoing and positive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems

• Familiarity with doTERRA’s compensation plan & proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs

• Bachelor in IT related field or equivalent

• Experience with the direct selling industry and customer service preferred

• Proficiency in DataTrax required & commitment to work full-time preferred
