Job Description: Support the development, functional analysis, configuration, and maintenance of doTERRA’s Salesforce.com organization for both internal and external facing applications and experiences. Collaborate with Salesforce.com administrators, digital product owners, and business stakeholders to analyze, design, build and maintain the functionality that meets business needs and goals.
Work with product owners, projects managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that meet those needs and can be scaled up or expanded upon in the future.
Collaborates effectively with technical teams across the company; developers, analysts and partners during the development process.
Provides functional leadership and assumes accountability for successful design and implementation of complex technical cloud solutions.
Lead the team to leverage the platform to the best extent possible, recommending customizations where necessary in favor of utilizing the Salesforce.com platform.
Ensure Salesforce best practices are leveraged in designing and delivering solutions.
Demonstrates an ability to take responsibility and accountability for ongoing support and maintenance of assigned projects.
Coordinates requirements, schedules, and activities; contributes to team meetings; troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Develops and maintains documentation as needed.
Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Supports and develops with their team by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities. Become an application SME for the global deployment, educating the organization on Salesforce capabilities now and planned.
Understand the Salesforce product application roadmap, proactively planning for enhanced business capability.
Job Qualifications: ?
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce.com implementation experience-proven knowledge and practical application of multiple Salesforce areas; Services, Sales, & Experience (formerly Community) Clouds.
Demonstrated experience working in medium to large scale Salesforce implementations
Experience developing with Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the accompanying Apex classes and architectures.
Preferred experience building, enhancing, reviewing, and troubleshooting large custom applications built on top of those frameworks using Salesforce and Browser based strategies.
Preferred history of working in an e-commerce, scale-up, and fast-paced environment
Experience with Git or other source tracking tools
Preferred experience with CI/CD for Salesforce (GitLab Runner, Jenkins, GearSet, etc)
Experience with Lightning Experience, Knowledge, Service Cloud, SMS, Chat, Experience (Community) Cloud, Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules
Experience with VisualStudio Code and Salesforce extensions preferred
Application testing experience preferred
Experience using Agile methodologies
Preferred experience deploying / supporting international sites
