Job Description:

This position is for maintaining Landscape beds, Flower Beds, pulling weeds, trimming, hedging, etc. Also any other jobs that may be asked of by Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the aesthetics of the landscaping and the entire facility

• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations

• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required (EX. cleaning, fueling, and lubing where necessary)

Job Qualifications:

• Be at least 16 years of age

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills: hand tool usage, basic Janitorial Skills

• Required to be familiar with and use all hand tools and power tools common to the skills listed and be well versed in the disciplines mentioned above

• Be able to squat, bend over and be on your knees for long periods of time

• Must feel comfortable with working in a team environment

• Required to use considerable judgment when performing and planning to perform his/her tasks

• Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the assembly floor and the entire facility

• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations

• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required
