Job Description:
Full-time operations position to manage transportation for bulk shipping for the US and Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
Support operational plans for existing operations and future expansion to ship inventories in a timely and cost effective manner
Monitor key performance indicators for our partner shippers, carriers and customs brokers
Ensure that project/department goals are met and adhere to approved budgets to manage, expenses, minimize loss and maximize revenue
Work with closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communication
Work closely and coordinate with planners, fulfillment centers and carriers to ensure a smooth operational transition of goods
Be an ambassador of the doTERRA culture at all times
All other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
4-7 years of related work experience
Proven ability to establish professional relationships and partner with internal and external customers
Ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems
Proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs
Proficiency in Excel required
Strong people management and development skills as well as previous organizational leadership experience are preferred
A demonstrated ability to work in team environment with focus on internal and external relationship development
The ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities is a must
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
